At KAVISHRI ORGANICS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Policy - the basics

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Important Note
